- (WCAG 1.3.1) Some PDF documents have headers and footers that are not linked to the text, and they are challenging to interpret with a screen reader.
- The website contains PDF files that are not accessible, as they have been produced by a third party, are official, and which Skills Finland is not permitted to modify.
- The content of the website’s Taitaja assignment bank is not fully accessible. Regarding this content, we plead that it is an unreasonable burden.

According to the Act, content that was published before 23 September 2019 is not required to be retroactively made accessible or to be removed.
The website contains PDF files that were published before 23 September 2018, and such files are not required to be retroactively made accessible or to be removed.
