Application for Competitors and Continued Application for Experts for EuroSkills Düsseldorf 2027
We are now assembling the Finnish national skills team for the European Championships of vocational skills. The competitor selection competitions will be held between May and September 2026. The application for experts will continue in some skills until 25 May.

EuroSkills is a European Championship of vocational skills held every two years. The next competition will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany, from 22 to 26 September 2027. Finland will participate with an official national skills team consisting of competitors and experts. The experts selected in spring 2026 will serve as specialists and judges in their respective skills.
A total of 22 applications were received in the expert application round, covering 18 skills. Competitors for these skills will be selected through open selection competitions organised by each skill’s Skill Manager. The list of skills and selection events can be found in this news item. The application deadline for competitors is 6 September 2026.
